7408 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read this document carefully before using the 7408 platform. By registering or using any part of the platform, you agree to be bound by all terms stated herein. This document applies to all users in Malaysia.

Acceptance of Terms: By accessing, registering, or using the 7408 platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all terms and conditions contained in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.
Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility
These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you (the "User") and the 7408 platform operator ("Platform" or "We"). Continued use of this platform constitutes full acceptance of all stated terms.
To use the 7408 platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:
- Being at least 18 years old or having reached the legal age of adulthood in your area of residence;
- Not being located in an area or jurisdiction that prohibits use of online entertainment platforms;
- Registering in a personal capacity and not on behalf of any entity or third party;
- Providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during account registration.
7408 reserves the right to reject registration applications or terminate any user account that fails to meet the eligibility criteria without prior notice.
Account Creation, Security, and User Responsibilities

Each user is allowed only one active account on 7408. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in suspension or closure of all related accounts, with forfeiture of any balances.
You are fully responsible for:
- Keeping your username and account password confidential;
- Ensuring no third party accesses your account without permission;
- Notify 7408 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account;
- Ensuring all information provided is accurate and updated upon any changes.
User Responsibilities
Users agree not to engage in any activities that:
- Violating Malaysian local, state, or federal laws;
- Using automated software, bots, or technical methods to exploit the platform;
- Interfering with, damaging, or affecting 7408 platform infrastructure;
- Attempting to cheat, manipulate game outcomes, or gain an unfair advantage;
- Sharing account information with others for financial or any other purposes.
Violation of any of these responsibilities may lead to immediate actions including account suspension, balance confiscation, and legal action if necessary.
Payment and Transactions in Malaysian Ringgit
All transactions on 7408 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). The platform is not responsible for losses resulting from foreign currency exchange fluctuations, if applicable.
Deposit
Users can make deposits using Malaysia local payment methods supported by the platform, including online banking (FPX), e-wallets, and bank transfers. Each deposit is subject to the specified minimum limit. The 7408 platform does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — all deposits must be made via payment methods registered under the user’s own name.
Withdrawal
Withdrawal requests will only be processed after user identity verification is complete. The platform may request additional supporting documents before approving any withdrawal. Processing times depend on the selected method and current system status. Withdrawals will be credited back to the same account used for deposits unless otherwise specified.
Bonus and Promotion Policy
All bonuses and promotions offered by 7408 are subject to their specific terms, including wagering requirements, validity periods, and withdrawal limits. Bonuses obtained through false information or unauthorized methods will be cancelled without notice. The platform reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offers at any time.
Liability Limits and Account Suspension Policy
Platform Liability Limits
7408 and its operators shall not be liable under any circumstances for:
- Indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from the use of the platform;
- Service interruptions due to maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond the platform’s control;
- Financial losses resulting from game or betting decisions made by the user;
- Unauthorized third-party access to user accounts due to user negligence.
7408’s maximum liability to any user in any situation is limited to the amount of unused active deposits in the user’s account at the time of the event.
Account Suspension and Closure
7408 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:
- Users suspected or proven to have violated any term in this document;
- Registration information found to be false, incomplete, or misleading;
- Accounts involved in fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities;
- By order of competent authorities;
- User requests voluntary account closure.
Balances in accounts closed due to fraud or terms violations will be forfeited. For voluntary or otherwise valid closures, balances may be claimed following the platform’s standard withdrawal procedures.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links, and Privacy
Intellectual Property
All content on the 7408 platform — including logos, text, graphics, user interfaces, software code, brand names, and design — is the exclusive property of the platform or its licensors. Users are prohibited from copying, distributing, modifying, or using any such content without prior written permission from 7408.

The platform assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. Users access these references at their own risk and responsibility.

By using this platform, users agree to the way we handle their personal data as outlined in that policy. Changes to Terms and Applicable Law

Applicable Law

Severability
